What is collected
We do not ask for personal details: buydotsi has no accounts, sign-up, contact forms or newsletter (the search box only filters our list), and never asks for your name, email or payment details. Technical data is still processed when you visit: our host (Vercel) processes request data such as your IP address, and the Google tag sends measurement signals to Google (with cookies only after you choose “Allow”, cookieless pings otherwise). Details below.
Google tag (Google Ads and Analytics measurement)
The site loads the Google tag to measure visits from our ads and clicks to Dynadot (events: a name ticked, the bulk-search copy, a link to Dynadot). Consent Mode is set to “denied” for every visitor by default, so Google does not set analytics or advertising cookies until you choose “Allow”. Without consent, Google may still receive cookieless signals as described in its Consent Mode documentation. Google's own policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Your choice
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time to change your choice. It is stored only in your browser (localStorage key “buydotsi-consent”).
Stored in your browser
Names you save with the heart are kept in your browser's localStorage only; they never leave your device. Clearing site data removes them.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver pages and protect the service.
Links to Dynadot
Register buttons and the referral link go to Dynadot, a separate company. What you do there, including any account or order, is covered by Dynadot's privacy policy, not ours.
buydotsi is an independent finder, not a registrar. Buy buttons are plain links to Dynadot and earn us nothing. If you sign up at Dynadot with our referral code and your first order qualifies, you and we may each receive $5 Dynadot account credit. We do not own or sell the listed names.
